Doughnut Falls Snow Hike

You couldn't ask for nicer weather.  It was great to get away from all the crowds, and hike a wonderful trail to Doughnut Falls.  Today, no snowshoes were needed.  The trail was ice packed.   We had a wonderful time.

MILEAGE: 1.6 miles to the falls.
ELEVATION GAIN:  490'
HIKE TIME: 2 hours
RESTROOM available at the parking area.
NO DOGS allowed in Big Cottonwood Canyon
DIRECTIONS:  Big Cottonwood Canyon begins at Fort Union Blvd and Wasatch Blvd.
Drive up to Mill D South Fork and park on the right side of the road.
