BIG BEACON

Today was a beautiful Spring day.   We enjoyed hiking the foothills by Red Butte Gardens to Mount Wire.  Some of our group went to the Living Room.

HIKE TIME: 3 hours 20 minutes

TRAILHEAD: Wakara Way (300 S) and Colorow Road 2310 East, by the Red Butte Garden sign.
Go south on the Bonneville Shoreline trail past the construction area, go up to the upper shoreline trail,  and take the trail on the south side of Georges Hollow.
