Big Cottonwood Snowshoe

A great way to enjoy New Year Day, up in the mountains playing in the snow.   We hiked up to Doughnut Falls and wandered the campground area on the way back.   It was cloudy when we started but God brought out the sunny blue sky.   This was great exercise too!
Directions:  Drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon to Mill D South Fork and park.  Follow the road to the Doughnut Falls trailhead.
Restroom was open by parking area.
Gear: Snowshoes, poles, insulated boots, gloves, hat, water, sunglasses, sunscreen, energy snacks, and camera.
