The Living Room

We decided to go to the Living Room instead of hiking to the top of the Big Beacon. We had great fellowship, wonderful views, and an awesome Sunday with the Lord.

LIVING ROOM

DESCRIPTION: From the Red Butte Garden ~ Bonneville Shoreline trail head, on Colorow Drive, we hiked on the south side of Georges Hollow. After losing the steep ravine, we took the left trail to the Living Room. The main trail will take you up to the Big Beacon.

LIVING ROOM HAS STONE FURNITURE

MILEAGE: 2 miles each way

HIKE TIME: 1 hour up & 45 minutes down.

RATINGS: Moderate

Both Kids and dogs enjoy this hike.

PARK on Colorow, near Wakara Way and hike up the Bonneville connector trail.
